Mini-Heidel-Bal Workshop 2023: 10. December 11:30 - 13:30
Topic of the class: (Re)Start your Balboa Skills. If you have never tried or have almost forgotten how to dance Balboa, this is your class. Verena will give you an overview of the basic steps and some simple but cool moves to get you straight to the dance floor.
All Levels: As minimum you should be a dancer with an idea about how to lead or follow.

For Verena everything started with the Altonale 2007 in Hamburg. She was literally hooked by an outdoor social in the "Swingwerkstatt" and the following Lindy Hop weekend workshop sealed the rest. Since then, in Hamburg and later in Munich, excessive swinging, bouncing, swooping and worldwide shaking followed. In 2011 Balboa and Shag became more and more popular besides Lindy Hop, where Balboa became secretly the true passion.
